Teacher residents are responsible for supporting students in the classroom in a variety of subject areas alongside lead teachers. In addition to supporting the curriculum development and delivery of instruction, teacher residents will participate in assessing student learning, managing classroom routines and behavior, building relationships and communicating regularly with families, and collaborating with other faculty. Residents will be responsible for a variety of duties throughout the school day, and will participate in weekly Residents Cohort Meetings as well as a three-day training institute in late August.
