The Shefa Teacher Residency is a groundbreaking and highly selective program that recruits and trains individuals to become exceptional teachers by providing an intensive and supportive school-based teacher training program. Over the residency year, teacher residents train in classrooms with mentor teachers and take on increasing responsibility for teaching while gaining support through on-site professional development, workshops, and coaching.
